While we call Panama home, our clients are primarily based in the U.S.—and our reach goes even further. We've collaborated with creative teams across the U.K., India, Australia, and the Czech Republic, building a rhythm that's flexible, responsive, and globally informed.

How we work

01 . Discovery

Each project begins with a design questionnaire to solicit your thoughts and expectations. The goal is to uncover helpful information that will inform the strategy and guide the kick-off meeting discussion.

02. Project Initiation

We’ll begin by executing a Scope of Work (SOW) agreement—a binding contract that outlines key engagement details. Next, we’ll schedule a virtual kick-off meeting with key stakeholders to align on strategy, define project requirements, and establish clear milestones and goals.

03. Design

After kickoff, our Creative Director develops a brief to guide concept development and client presentation. Once a direction is chosen, the designer creates prototypes, moodboards, style guides, or mockups, with up to three rounds of revisions included.

04. Delivery

Once final creative is approved, all files are delivered via Dropbox for easy access. While the project may wrap, we’re always available for ongoing support and future brand needs.
