Dedoose is a web-based platform designed by researchers for researchers to analyze qualitative and mixed methods data, and we partnered with the Business Development and Marketing teams to modernize the brand—starting with the site.
By elevating the visual design and refining the user experience, we focused on boosting customer acquisition and brand perception. The result: a bright, modern site that rivals competitors and delivers more actionable analytics.
We used Figma and Axure to create dynamic, clickable wireframes that gave the client a realistic preview of site functionality and user interaction. The prototype also served as a central hub for our team to collaborate and align on goals, content structure, and overall site strategy.
View WireframesBefore beginning the website design, we presented two style tiles to help define the creative direction. These visual guides—part mood board, part mockup—established the UI’s color palette, typography, buttons, iconography, and photo treatments, without requiring full mockups early in the process.
We then designed the main site pages in Figma—optimizing UI elements for a smooth build. After the mockups were approved, we began building the site. Using Webflow, we leveraged templates, reusable components, variables, and CMS collections, ensuring the site would be easy for the team to update and maintain with minimal friction.
